1115   Bus departs Shilo Inn for Fort Hood
 
1145 – 1300   Lunch at the Operation Iraqi Freedom Dining Facility, Fort Hood (Dutch Treat)
 
1300 – 1400   Windshield Tour of Fort Hood
 
1400 – 1530   Visit 1st Cavalry Division Museum
 
1530 - 1600   Enroute to Central Texas College Planetarium
 
1600 – 1730   Planetarium visit including Cowboy Star Gazing
 
1730 - 1815   Enroute to Peaceable Kingdom
 
1815 -  ??      BBQ Dinner
 
2100 (or so) Return to Shilo Inn
 
 
Saturday, 28 June
 
1130   Spouse bus departs Shilo Inn for Salado for shopping and lunch at Stagecoach Inn (Dutch Treat). Bus returns to Shilo Inn at 1530.
 
1300   Association Business Meeting at Shilo Inn
 
1800 - 2130   Dinner at Killeen Convention and Conference Center (across the parking lot from Shilo Inn.
 
 
 
Friday – bus departs Shilo at 1115 for fort hood mess hall (Operation Iraqi Freedom Memorial Dining Facility located across the street from the 1st Cavalry Division Museum). after lunch (dutch treat), windshield tour of post to arrive at the 1s Cavalry museum at 1400.  depart 1530 to arrive at the planetarium by 1600 for show ( cowboy star gazing) at 1630 (potty facilities available).  depart 1730 arrive Peaceful Kingdom 1815. supper (BBQ by Clem Mckeski's) (presentation by PK staff on their operation) served at 1900.  depart 2100 (or when we're finished) for hotel.

Saturday – Spouse bus departs for Salado at 1130.  dinner (dutch treat) at Stagecoach Inn, bus returns 1530.  Business meeting 1300 at Shilo Inn.  Supper at Killeen Convention and Conference Center (across the parking lot from Shilo).  Bar opens at 1800 (pay as you go) supper served at 1900.  there will be no head table.  nine round tables of 8.  one table reserved for association pres & vp, and LTC Buhlig's party.  Remarks by President Maldonado and LTC Buhlig as appropriate. Depart at 2130 or when we reach the $300.00 minimum on the bar charge.
